A new EU Innovation Platform was presented at the European Innovation Summit in Brussels. The platform is designed as a central entry point for innovators and start-ups seeking support in bringing their ideas closer to the market.
It connects innovators with investors, service providers, relevant events, news, and funding opportunities. A key feature of the platform is its intelligent recommendation mechanism, which provides tailored suggestions based on innovation needs, sector, geographic location, and maturity level.
Currently, the platform is available to EU-funded innovators, while access will be expanded in the coming months to other innovators, business advisory services, investors, and companies.
The initiative supports the development of a more connected and accessible European innovation ecosystem, contributing to EU priorities related to innovation, competitiveness, and sustainable development. It highlights the role of innovation, entrepreneurship, and EU-level cooperation in supporting sustainable development and the implementation of Agenda 2030.
